In our 20 hectares property you can spend agreeable hours walking through oaks, junipers and brooms, trying to recognise several bird species, meeting hares, deer and pheasants.

During the nice season you can spend your time in the garden under the trees, playing bowls or swimming in the pool. We also have a children playground with several games.

In the restaurant (only for our guests), you can taste typical Umbrian cuisine, with our own oil and good wines of the area. Creativity together with tradition will amaze you, and we are sure you will not easily forget your stay

If you desire to go trekking, we will show you all the trails (including the most important in Italy, known as Sentiero Italia) around us.  We also leave at your disposal our mountain-bikes to ride along the country roads. Horse riding is possible only a few km away, by a fixed horse-club.
